Our standard rebuild package consists of:
- Full disassembly of your turbocharger
- Full Acid cleaning of both the Turbine and Compressor housings
- Inspection of the internal recirculatory valve (BOV)
- If valve needs to be replace a $99 charge may be assessed
- Inspection and testing of wastegate to ensure it operates with in factory tolerances
- Wastegate is bench tested to open at 6-8psi
- Replacement of the Center Housing Rotating Assemblies (CHRA)
- Digital shaft balance to 120k RPM’s
- Full Re-assembly of Turbocharger
- Upon re-assembly all components are assembled and “clocked” to OEM specifications.
