RPM-Motorsports L.L.C. reserves the right to accept returns on any items, accepted returns on unused products only, accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must have the original receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the item has been shipped.
Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
No refunds on electrical components or ECM tunes.
Some parts are not legal for use on pollution controlled vehicles. Installing some parts may cause your vehicle to fail emissions and/or manufactures warranty on your vehicle. RPM-Motorsports L.L.C. will not be liable for voided warranties or failure to pass emissions; all responsibility is the buyers. Any modifications made to a vehicle is the sole responsibility of the buyer / owner and RPM-Motorsports L.L.C. cannot be held liable for damages caused by the modifications.
Any products purchased from RPM-Motorsports L.L.C. that are used in a Competition / Track environment will carry no warranty.
Returns must be completed within 30 Days of original purchase date.
Any parts left at RPM-Motorsports L.L.C. over 10 days become the property of RPM-Motorsports L.L.C.
