This Kit is engineered for 24psi of boost that will take your factory stock 260hp / 260tq LNF to 350hp / 370Tq!

  • Premium stainless T-bolt clamps
  • Upper hot side charge pipe
  • Lower cold side charge pipe
  • All hardware needed to make the proper connections
  • Stage 2 ECM Tune done live via our V-Tuner Network

External BOV option:
We can mount a 50mm BOV to the Upper Charge Pipe, this option includes the K04 internal BOV Block off plate.

2008 – 2010 CHEVY HHR SS STAGE 2 PERFORMANCE PACKAGE

This is a bolt in kit for your LNF HHR that replaces your upper and lower (hot side and cold side) charge pipes and front mount intercooler. The Kit includes a Live ECM tune preformed by one of North Americas best Ecotec tuners!

The Factory Charge pipes are engineered from ABS Plastic which works for a few years and under stock boost, eventually the plastic becomes brittle and will crack.

The OEM Intercooler has plastic end tanks which are prone to separating from the CORE material. Our Upgraded intercooler is 35% larger than the OEM unit and is all Aluminum!

This kit is a must if you plan to run higher boost or want to upgrade from the factory plastic components.

Our charge pipes are mandrel bent and produced with the fewest welds! Our Sensor block is milled to a tolerance of 1/1000th of an inch and has perfect sensor fitment
